ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Tyler - the naturopath behind Elevada Wellness.
My journey into naturopathy began with my own health struggles. As a teenager, I dealt with persistent skin issues, hormonal symptoms, allergies, fatigue, and anxiety. I followed all the conventional treatment options offered to me - topical medications, antibiotics, antihistamines, birth control and even roaccutane. While these approaches help many people, they didn’t fully resolve my symptoms or help me understand why they were happening.
Over time, I felt defeated, dismissed, and disconnected from my own body which led me to start searching for deeper answers.
Everything changed when I realised my skin wasn’t the problem, it was the messenger. My body wasn’t working against me. It was communicating in the only way it could.
At sixteen, I booked my first naturopathy appointment. It lasted two hours, and for the first time, I felt truly seen, heard, and understood. That appointment shifted my whole understanding of health and it became the moment I knew I was meant to help others in the same way.
I went on to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and became a registered practitioner with ANTA, training in evidence-informed herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, functional testing and holistic lifestyle interventions - the exact tools I once needed myself.
Why I care so deeply about skin, gut and hormonal health?
I’ve lived the emotional weight of chronic symptoms - the shame, frustration, exhaustion, and isolation.
I know what it feels like when your skin impacts your confidence, your relationships, and your sense of self.
My personal experience taught me something I now bring into every consult:
YOUR BODY IS NOT BROKEN.
YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE COMMUNICATION.
THEY’RE ASKING FOR HELP, NOT SUPPRESSION.
This belief is at the heart of my clinical approach.
My Approach
I support clients through a compassionate, evidence-informed framework that looks at the whole picture - gut, skin, hormones, nervous system, diet, lifestyle and environment.
I work systematically: one step at a time, following the hierarchy of healing.
I don’t jump straight to treating hormones.
I ask why they’re imbalanced in the first place.
My focus is on balance, sustainability, and real-life practicality - no extreme restrictions, no shame-based wellness, no quick-fix culture. Healing isn’t about taking everything away. It’s about adding the right things in.
WHY WE EXIST

Women searching for a practitioner who will look deeper than the surface.
This clinic stands for compassionate, evidence-informed care.
